Children's Ministries
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! As this year of Mid-Week Bible Club and SONday School has ended we want to say “thank you” to all the wonderful people who made this year a success. Thank you to the teachers and helpers who gave of their time and love for the Lord to mentor and teach the children. Thank you to all of the other volunteers who did things behind the scenes to make things run smoothly. Thank you to all of the parents and grandparents who value the spiritual growth of children to bring them to learn about the Lord. We look forward to seeing what the Lord has planned for us next year.
Ongoing ministries through the school year
SONday School
Children will be captivated and grow in their love of Jesus through Bible stories upbeat music, drama, and activities engage the senses with hands-on learning. SONday School is offered Saturdays at 5pm and Sundays at 9am and 10:20am for children ages three through fifth grade. more...
Mid-Week Bible Club
Fun games, music and lessons for children ages three through fifth grade. more..
Rockin' Angels Choir
Children ages first grade through fifth grade learn songs and sing once a month during worship services (through the school year).
Thursdays, 6:30-7:30pm
Lisa and Kim are look forward to partnering with parents on this faith journey with your children. Their door is always open. If you have questions, comments or concerns, contact Kim or Lisa, Co-Directors of Children’s Ministry.
Annual Events
Angel Pins
Each fall, angel pins are given to our Kindergarten students. Children receive a special angel pin they can wear to school or place on their backpack as a reminder that God is always with them. They also receive a special blessing as they begin their first year in school.

Bible Distribution
Each fall, Bibles are given to three year olds and third graders during a worship service.
Baptism Workshop
For parents interested in learning about baptism and prepare for the baptism of their child, baptism workshops are offered several times a year. For more information, email Lisa
First Communion Class
A First Communion Class is held a couple times each year for children ages 9-10 years old with a parent. Pastor Mark and Kim help students understand the sacrament called Holy Communion. During this three hour class, children also have the opportunity to make a First Communion Banner that is hung in the Worship Center. Children are then invited to receive their First Communion at the next Worship service. Bring a Bible and a smile. story»
Vacation Bible School
God's Big Back Yard
This summer’s VBS will present: God’s Big Back Yard. Kids will explore what it means to serve family, friends, neighbors, community and Jesus. Held June 16-20, 9:30am-12:30pm.

Back Yard Block Party
After the week of VBS, join us at our Backyard Block Party!
We’ll enjoy delicious food and drinks, challenging games, creative crafts, and other exciting activities. Participate in service projects together and meet servants who make a difference in our communities every day. Your backyard buddies—Stanley, Alex, Cooper, and Nick—are also planning to be there! So don’t miss out! Connect with old friends and make new ones, while spending quality time together.
