Feed My Starving Children
On Saturday, August 23, a group from Grace packaged 10,584 meals that will feed 29 malnourished children a delicious and nutricious meal for an entire year! The next servant event will be Saturday, October 4, 2-4pm.

30 million meals overseas to malnourished children each year.
Join up to 60 others from Grace and package nutritious meals for hungry children around the world at Feed My Starving Children. Open to men, women and children (third grade and older with a parent). Together, we will save lives by hand-packing meals for malnourished children. Each meal has all the nutrients a starving child needs in a day and costs just 15 cents. This is a simple, yet meaningful ministry to do, one in which you know that YOU are making a difference!

In 2007, Grace sent six groups to FMSC, a total of 334 volunteers who packed 105,000 meals that fed 287 malnourished children for a year.
Already this year, Grace has sent a total of 314 volunteers to FMSC who packed 121,500 meals that will feed 332 malnourished children for a year. So, join us for the next outings! Two hours of packing food really makes a difference and it's a lot of fun to boot!
We’ll meet at Grace one hour before packing times to car pool. When we arrive at the Brooklyn Park location, we’ll pack food for two hours and return to Grace approximately one hour after serving.

Save the Date! Join the Fun!
Saturday, November 22 is the day that Grace hopes to send 250 volunteers to pack nutritious meals at Feed My Starving Children. Yes, you read that right … 250 volunteers! We’ll organize four shifts that day, each two-hour shift will pack “chicken, veggie, soy, rice” for starving children around the world. And the infamous Potter bus will be transporting volunteers all day. Our goal is to pack 100,000 meals that will feed 275 malnourished children for a year!
